The building
The villa hosting the clinic was built in the 1920s in the South-eastern part of Rózsadomb, earlier known as Kálváriahegy, in Fillér utca above Marczibányi tér. From the 1960s the building fell victim to simplification endeavours in the management of state-owned properties though, in the course of reconstruction, the designer used the original documentation and recreated some of the elegance the building had at the beginning of the century. The historic-monument type architectural work, respecting tradition, was combined with the most advanced interior design trends. The outcome is a functionally perfect building; a classic villa fully integrated into the elegant landscape of Buda, with luxurious internal spaces and high technology engineering equipment. It is a people-centred, ideal patient care institution with a rational interior layout.
